Smoked Kelp Gull Cheese (+-190g)
Young alpine style cheese, medium to hard, delicately put to oak smoke and rewrapped mature a further 2 weeks.
Made with single herd, special select, golden guernsey, grade A22, full cream milk. The smokiess is very bacon - like and it has a delightful mouthfeel.
A good component of any cheese platter, and melts well for fondue.
